Is this therapy?

This is grief coaching, focused on emotional support and guidance. It can complement therapy if you are already working with a therapist.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your needs. We will decide together what feels right for you.

Can I join the community later?

Yes. Many people begin with 1-1 support and later move into the community when they feel ready.
